Rotoleaner Technology Pvt. Ltd. introduces Revo from Future Power Technology Co. Ltd. (Taiwan) high Precision Modular Design CNC Drilling cum Tapping unit. The unit is very compact in design and versatile for all sorts of drilling and tapping operations in the range of 0.5mm to 4mm capacity. Suitable for drilling and tapping in stainless steel, ferrous and non-ferrous material. Larger size drilling and tapping is possible in softer material like aluminium, brass, copper and other non-ferrous alloys.
The machine is suitable for rigid tapping, deep-drilling upto 100mm with peck-drilling cycle. AC-Servo drive motor can be set for the digital thread pitch control and highly suitable for fine pitch tapping.
In process data recovery is possible through its computerized system, such as torque reading and constant torque application. Tool wear can be detected by presetting parameters in the CNC controller for indicating resharpening or change of tool.

Torque setting for tool security to achieve in-situ full monitoring and quality control. Grade level, up to 2nd and above (ISO 2/Internal Threading 6H).
Support automatic manufacturing and tool life administration.
Fine tune for single operation drilling-tapping (combo) tools and other special tooling. The machine is offered with CNC x and y co-ordinate table and CNC rotary indexing device. The Company offers fully automatic inline manufacturing units for mass production. Minimum capital investment for high quality yield.
